Hummingbird Marketing Services is seeking a part-time (10-20 hours per week) and fully remote Marketing Intern to join our Charm. If you are curious about marketing and are motivated within a creative, fast-paced, and variable working environment, this role could be your perfect fit! Gain invaluable agency experience working on client and internal projects that span all scopes of digital marketing. In this role, you’ll:
- Assist our fully remote marketing agency team with various digital marketing initiatives for a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 20 hours per week.
- This internship is unpaid; however, the experience you will gain is priceless.
Gain Critical Digital Marketing Experience, including:
- Website Management and Design (running backups/software updates, troubleshooting errors, updating content on live sites, assisting with new website launches, etc.)
- Social Media content creation, editing, scheduling, and posting assistance for Hummingbird Marketing and our clients
- Client management and communication best practices
- Project management organization and internal collaboration best practices
- Researching/implementing internal account management and new client nurture strategies
Use Industry-Specific Platforms Daily, including:
- WordPress
- Asana
- HubSpot
- MailChimp
- Sendible
- Canva/Adobe
- Figma
- Google Analytics
- G Suite and Office 365
An ideal candidate for this role is:
- Pursuing a career and/or degree in Marketing (with an interest in writing, editing, social media, graphic design, website development, and/or analytics)
- Detail-obsessed! You go the extra mile in your execution and achieve stellar results
- Interested and/or experienced in WordPress or other website development platforms
- Eager to learn and adaptable to taking on new tasks with instruction (No day at our agency looks the same!)
