As a woman-owned business and fully women-operated organization, we believe in supporting and recognizing other women who are badasses in their fields. (We think we are in ours!)
In the past, we’ve featured inspiring women artists, actresses, and activists in popular media — see examples of our feed, scrolling below. But this year, we’re shifting our focus to feature women who are making a big impact in their local communities and should be famous for what they’re doing!

What is a She-EO?
Our Charm defines a She-EO as a woman business owner who leads with integrity, passion, and compassion. She is deserving of recognition for her excellent work and dedication to her mission. Her endeavors go beyond running a business by spreading positivity and support throughout her community.
Nomination Form
By filling out our form, we’ll receive the information we need to write a feature post for social media. If selected, the nominee will be spotlighted on Instagram and Facebook (TikTok and YouTube, if applicable) by Hummingbird Marketing Services (with appropriate account tagging and/or an invitation to collaborate).
We highly encourage sharing these posts, as well as this nomination page, to colleagues, to friends, and on your own socials to spread the word so that we can feature as many She-EOs as possible! If you have more than one She-EO in mind, feel free to submit multiple nominations. Nominate a colleague, your boss, a friend, or even yourself if you qualify!
