Exact Home Team, led by expert REALTOR® Sandy Walsh, offers outstanding real estate services to home buyers and sellers throughout the Seattle area. A 6th generation Seattleite, Sandy was born and raised in Seattle and Bellevue, making her a specialist in the Emerald City and its many communities. Knowledgeable, friendly, and energetic, Sandy has almost 20 years of experience as a real estate agent.
A long-time friend of our CEO & Founder Andi Lucas, Sandy helped Andi with her first home purchase and has been her go-to for all things real estate ever since. When Sandy decided she was ready for a digital metamorphosis, she knew just who to call. With a dated and disorganized website and digital presence, we transformed her site into a structured design with up-to-date SEO-driven content that truly showcase Sandy’s unique expertise and personality.

Bird’s Eye View
The priority for Exact Home Team’s redesign was showcasing the team’s skills and ample experience. We knew Sandy’s edge as a true Seattle native helps her stand out above competitors, and her website needs to enforce this message. As clients of hers ourselves, we knew what a wonderful experience it is to work with Sandy — she has seemingly endless knowledge of the area, offers guidance along every step of the way, and has a determined commitment to deliver for her clients. These characteristics needed to be highlighted on her new website. Our design was inspired by the experience of working with her.
Ruffled Feathers
Sandy’s original website was a poor display of the impeccable attention to detail and unstoppable commitment she brings to all she does. With inaccurate and dated information, the site did not fully showcase Sandy’s experience, and the disorganized design misrepresented her meticulous and conscientious work ethic. In addition, the Exact Home Team listings on the site were not up-to-date, featuring homes sold years before and no mention of current listings. The site lacked consistency throughout, and Sandy’s helpful demeanor was not reflected.
Our Flight Plan
Exact Home Team deserved a website that truly showed off REALTOR® Sandy Walsh’s impressive portfolio of experience and extensive real estate knowledge. We wanted to highlight her deep roots in Seattle and her decades of helping both sellers and buyers in the area. Most of all, the website needed to clearly show active listings. Our goal was to create a website with a clean, modern design, filled with all of the important details while highlighting sold homes and shining testimonials.

We created beautiful pages for listings that are accurate and up-to-date.
A key part of a real estate agent’s website is listings, and these were out of date when we stepped in for Exact Home Team. Past and current listings give potential clients an idea of an agent’s style and experience, and being outdated, this page was essentially working against the team. Our priority became creating an up-to-date listings page and a system for updating future listings and sold homes, so that the website could support the pace of change that’s typical for the thriving Seattle real estate market. We kept sold listings on the site, with a clear design to distinguish them as off the market, but to give potential clients evidence of Sandy’s recent and past work. What is a better way to show off your expertise as a real estate agent than with a portfolio of sold homes?
Our redesign also focused on making it clear that Exact Home Team serves both sellers and buyers. Sandy had potentially been missing out on work with an unclear site that did not highlight her experience working on both sides of the deal. By creating pages dedicated to each home buyers and home sellers (and including both pages in the navigational menu), we made Exact Home Team’s abilities crystal clear.

We brought the story of Exact Home Team to life.
So many factors make Sandy Walsh stand out from her competitors, but her website was lacking in both storytelling and branding. From her high rate of repeat clients to her Seattle roots, we knew we needed to highlight all of the aspects that make Sandy different.
We crafted a Meet Sandy page to delve into her background, highlighting the fact that she is a 6th generation Seattle native as well as her decades of experience working in real estate. Additionally, we created a page dedicated to differentiators specific to Exact Home Team, including the impressive fact that 95% of clients are repeat clients or referrals from clients. We also created a Meet the Team page, and brought it to life with photos and bios of Sandy’s supporting team. We highlighted the roles each individual on the team plays in helping clients throughout the buying or selling process.
In one of our meetings with Sandy, she shared that clients frequently ask her for recommendations. We listened and built a page dedicated to her expert recommendations and included links to the local businesses she loves to work with, further establishing her as an expert in all things Seattle.

Although Zillow is a wonderful space to connect clients with agents, it is only one avenue to showcase happy customers. The praise of happy buyers and sellers is powerful; in turn, testimonials should be displayed prominently and easy to find. We built a page dedicated to testimonials and included real photos of real clients, not stock photography.
For the entirety of this website redesign, our team worked mindfully, choosing elements that focused on clear messaging and readability, while also choosing fonts and colors that reflect Sandy’s friendly disposition. We transformed an unorganized, indistinct site into a design that introduced visitors to the Exact Home Team on a personal level.
